The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

From the front upper terrace there is a view towards Javea. This terrace has been named the Gin & Tonic terrace by our guests who all seem to enjoy watching the sun go down from here whilst slowly enjoying a cold G&T

Outside theres is a childrens play area with table tennis , basketball and small football goals. The pool has a shower that can be used before and after bathing.(please use as this prevents the misery of anyone getting swimmers ear) There are plenty of sunbeds dotted around the swimming pool. During high season the pool and gardens are tended by our Poolman Paul 2 times a week.

There are 2 DVD players and a VCR with a selection of popular DVD films and videos.A CD/MP3 player is available .Sky digital TV including Sky Sports & Movies. In the Games room there is a pool table, exercise equipment ,electronic darts board, board games, a TV with VCR for playing videos only. A Sega Dreamcast & a variety of games.
