The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, a west facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting. |

| The Villa has three levels, two towers with 1 bedroom each and en suite bathrooms, one with a roof terrace. On the ground floor we have two living-rooms and one dining-room, a guest WC and a large kitchen. A terrace with panoramic views to Africa is in front of the living-room. The lower part of the building consists of the shady courtyard and a bedroom with en suite shower room across and two bedrooms with their own bathrooms facing the beach. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. There is a lawn by the pool, the garden is 2.000 sqm big with old olive trees, palm trees, oleander and cactus. From the pool you can access the beach directly. |
